Digital Champions Grants

The Center for Instructional Innovation is once again offering its very successful Digital Champion’s Workshop Series. If you want to hybridize a class or are seriously considering teaching online you should apply for this workshop. Awardees receive $3000 for travel or equipment in next year’s budget and have access both to a community of fellow practitioners of electronic instruction and to student assistants. The competition for places in the next workshop series is open to all full time faculty. The CFP can be found at the URL below.

Digital Champions’ Showcase

Below you will find a link to eight brief videos composed by some of the people who have participated in Georgia State University’s Digital Champions workshops. In most cases they were originally intended for a student audience and in a couple of cases they showcase student work. In all cases they represent faculty efforts to re-think current instructional practices.

These videos aren’t presented in any particular order. Please note also that because of the nature of the media, this page will load slowly.
