Online Content and eText Creation

Effectively delivering content online is just as much about pedagogy and design as it is about delivery. At the CII, we can work with you to develop an online strategy that best suits your pedagogical aims. Here are some of ways we can help:

  • Finding the right medium to clarify concepts and relay information, including but not limited to screen captures and Khan Academy-style videos, infographics and diagrams, e-books, simulations and games, podcasts, recorded lectures, or streamlined PowerPoint presentations
  • Adhering to universal design principles
  • Making content accessible across devices
  • “Chunking” content while maintaining depth and context
  • Take advantage of Open Educational Resources (OER)
  • Assistance identifying, accessing, and using the tools necessary to build e-learning content
To start a conversation about how to use Brightspace to support your teaching, email cii@gsu.edu. In your email, please include possible dates and times that work for you to meet, as well as some details regarding what you’d like to discuss. We look forward to hearing from you!
